Save Solution / Application Forms		User selections can be saved at the end of Product Configurations. For example, after finishing product configuration for POTS the user is given a choise to save the selections.
		Existing BSNL Customer can avail these facilities by providing customer ID (10 Digit Code found at left top corner of you bill. ) at the time of registration

Step 1 - Register and Start use

All can register online and immediately start saving customised solution as a propsal.

Step 2 - PIN by Post

Existing BSNL customers who provide their telephone number during registration will receive a "PIN" by post.

Step 3 - Activate customer care features

On receipt of the PIN, customer can login as usual (using Login/Password) and click on 'Activate Account' link on the left hand navigation bar of the screen. Enter PIN and activate the above Customer Care Features.
